HR/NY has a reputation for consistently delivering exceptional programs that meet the diverse needs of the NYC HR community. We are able to offer these programs and events to our members, and the larger New York City HR com¬munity, through the efforts of our volunteer leaders, or “program producers”. HR/NY's Program Committee (PC) supports these volunteers. The PC's goals are to provide strategy, tools and resources for program producers to help ensure world-class, diverse and cutting-edge programs; to support innovation in our approach to program management and development; and to develop special HR/NY program offerings, such as the HR Fundamentals Series, which provides a solid foundation of HR knowledge in five sessions throughout the year, and the Speaker Select Series, which showcases senior-level HR professionals and thought leaders.
