Sponsorship Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring HR/NY. As one of the largest chapters of SHRM, partnering with our organization is a great way to increase your exposure to our HR community. Marketing packages include some of the following options:
Service Partner Directory
The
www.hrny.org website has a "community" section, which includes a list of HR/NY preferred service partners. This is where sponsors can list an overview of their organization, provide contact information and a hyperlink to their website.
Special Promotion: Join the directory before June 15th, and get the rest of the year free (includes the following calendar year). This also includes free attendance, for one individual, for one of the following options:

Chapter Events
Primary programs

- 2 hour events - $800 examples include: chapter meetings, networking events and Speaker Select Series
- All day events - $1,500
- Holiday party - $3,000

- Sponsor acknowledged in registration e-mail confirmation to participants
- Table near registration, provide sales materials
- Business cards can only be collected for an additional raffle
- Logo in PowerPoint loop at event
- $100 discount for posts on HR/NY.org service partner directory ($600)
- 1 complimentary chapter membership (must be a SHRM member)
- Ability to attend paid 3 two hour meetings free of charge (1 person from sponsoring organization, good for 12 months from sponsored event)

* Note: Recommended breakpoint between Large and Medium events is 35 attendees. Final classification of meeting can be determined and confirmed by an HR/NY board member. Headcount does not include speaker or producers. If the minimum number signs up, but the number that actually attends is below this threshold, the sponsor gets to do an additional secondary event at no additional charge.
Sponsoring E-Blasts
Benefit: Sponsor gets exposure to all HR/NY membership in "HR/NY Program Announcement" e-mails. This is the primary method of communication with our members. Emails are distributed 2-3 times per month.

Advertising on HR/NY.ORG
Benefit: Sponsor gets exposure to HRNY.org website with a banner ad on top of the page.

Member Mailing
Benefit:Sponsor gets exposure to HR/NY members by mailing information to their preferred mailing address. This is essentially a postcard from HR/NY with information about the service partner.
