| Description: |
Boundaries are necessary in all aspects of our lives...or are they? From nations and neighbors to protests and politics, to our relationships with each other and, of course, in our workplaces, from the interview process to our first day on the job and thereafter, we will further explore the concept of boundaries. To have boundaries, we must first know ourselves. In this interactive and reflective workshop we will take a look at the major issues confronting us in the workplace that can be resolved with: *Understanding and displaying basic etiquette; *Active listening and perceptive awareness; and *Effective communication and professional assertion. Join us to gain practical tools and tips on how to manage the boundaries around you so you can be free to express yourself in the most productive and professional manner, and contribute to your overall success and well-being!
