Join us for an overview of federal and NY wage and hour laws The program will focus on: *Overview of federal and NY wage and hour laws; *Overview of exemptions; *Independent contractors, interns, and consequences of misclassification from a wage and hour standpoint; *Compensable v. non-compensable time (call-in, putting on/taking off equipment, on-call time, travel time, attending lectures and meetings, job training, rest periods etc.); *Wage and hour record keeping and notice requirements; *Retaliation and responding to wage and hour related complaints. *Practical tips & strategies for all employers Click here to view speakers bios.
