CulturalDexterity, the next generation of diversity and inclusion capability building, breaks new ground by addressing and developing competence along three critical and interrelated intelligences: Business, Emotional and Cultural.
Through the melding of these three intelligences, you will be able to increase your ability to achieve business results globally, increase your leadership competency, foster a climate of engagement and retention, and work more effectively with colleagues, customers/consumers, and vendors across country and company cultures.

In this 2-hour interactive workshop, participants explore the elements of culture and gain insights on how cultural gaps manifest and can impact work. Through building awareness of one's own cultural preferences, learning to look for others cultural preferences and learning of strategies to bridge cultural differences for enhanced relationships, participants will start practicing skills that can be applied to create better business outcomes.

The objectives of the workshop are:
