One of the most crucial goals business leaders face is to attract, retain and motivate their most valuable asset, their employees. Employee compensation, both cash and non-cash alternatives is a critical component of achieving your organizations financial success. These goals can be quite a challenge when your resources are limited. You have to determine what your organization can afford, and what can it not afford to do without! In our program we will share strategic, practical and tactical tools to determine your organizations needs, and the best practices and newest ideas that have worked for us from both a practitioners and consultants perspective.
