Career Planning and Professional Development is committed to enhancing the knowledge and skills of Association members through various programs, allowing for professional development and career advancement.

The committee determines topics to be addressed, then plans, coordinates and presents functions with speakers, panels, etc. focussing on the subject. The Committee meets periodically. A few subjects that have been addressed in the past with presentations are: "Developing a Winning HR Resume", "Moving from HR to other Career Opportunities", "Team Building".
