Overview
The Diversity SIG addresses member and topical issues regarding workplace diversity. Because diversity is a multifaceted dynamic, the SIG's programs and services address not only the traditional areas of race, ethnicity and gender inclusion, but also multiculturalism and the diversity of communication, work and learning styles. It seeks to provide awareness and tools that help facilitate diversity best practices, positive employee relations, building diverse work teams and related issues in the workplace.

The Diversity SIG hosts workshops and programs; informal roundtable discussion groups and virtual information sharing forums.
