Overview
HR/NY's International SIG provides a forum for those working in, or interested
in, International HR. The group meets every other month in Manhattan to
exchange knowledge and resources and to discuss "burning issues" regarding
International HR issues. Experts frequently present to the group sharing best
practices and new strategies on such topics as cross-cultural communication,
international assignments, compensation, security abroad, immigration issues,
and the effect of current events on the global marketplace. For those wishing
